I paid Kev's Corner Firestick to add their Plex account to my firestick. He requested payment via zelle and had me mail the firestick. He mailed it back without a receipt. The Plex stopped working and when I called for assistance he yelled at me and said he charges more for Plex and I need to pay an additional $30. I asked what the $28 was for and he said he didn't know then hung up on me. I believe the plex account he was using is an illegal streaming service which is why he it stopped working in the first place. He is illegally modifying people's firesticks and pretending to use a legal Plex account.
