I found the company simply by doing a "near me" google search. The website seemed legit (at first glance, and I wasn't paying much attention), but hindsight is 20/20 it is obviously a very fake website. The phone number was working and I was text messaging with someone for payment, which was disclosed on the website. Once I paid for the product ($120), I was directed to a new number that confirmed my purchase and later requested a $300 safety deposit for "insurance" (because I do not have medical script/card) before delivery that would be fully reimbursed in whatever form of payment I preferred upon delivery. Another $150 was requested for a temporary "medical script" and payed via apple pay because venmo did not work that time. Then they said the order would arrive in 30 minutes, hours went by and I never received or heard anything again. I called numbers back and they were disconnected. I've frozen my accounts and disputed the apple pay charges, but do want to make sure they don't do this to others. Hopefully others will be smarter than me anyways.
