They texted me a link to Illinois tollway where they asked for all my information name, address, bank card number and to pay 7.59 now or I would have to pay 75.90$

I had gotten a text message from what said to be the Illinois toll way which I thought was weird because I haven’t used a toll way before. It had said I have an outstanding balance of like 12 dollars and to avoid a 50 dollar fee to go to website to pay fee
