she presented herself as a subcontracted cfo/ceo coach. she was supposed to look at our books, make adjustments to our expenses and be able to coach us on the next steps to move forward and grow our business in the correct manner. she had the administration team (who clearly vocalized numerous times that they were uncomfortable with touching the business books, make the majority of business decisions and did not have the credentials nor the capacity to perform the duties or coaching/accounting) run all of her reports, pull and input all of the information and perform weekly break downs and make crucial business decisions/coaching with the business owner. After more then seven months of back and forth contact through email, delivering requested information on items she either called by the incorrect name or didn't actually need/use, asking questions and receiving danced around answers that never received a clear response, not disclosing full information about what or why the administration team was doing, not wanting to look at our books or meet in person to go over information, and undermining the administration team to the point wear the entire team quit, we have STILL not received any information one whether the company is making a profit, loosing money or any sort of coaching. when directly asked on why information was not being delivered, she once again danced around the question and refused to respond via email and said she would call, which she never did. When we suggested us hiring a certified accountant, she strongly suggested against it as she said she had the same credentials at a cheaper rate and she would train the basic minimum wage admins (no longer working here) to perform the accounting roles. When looking for any references or doing research, we kept running into dead ends and believe her reviews (which are ONLY listed on her website, no where else) are fabricated.
