Someone knocked at door 7:30 pm. Said were inquiring if i had revieved mail from an energy company about a 100 dollar gift card. Claimed to be a part of illuminating company. I would not let them in. Then the mail that they referenced. Was from SmartEnergy. States clearly on there they are not affiliated with Illuminating Company. Also was under my mothers name who has never been here. Never had account with Illuminating Company and has been deceased for 1 1/2 years. Plus this a secured building so they werent supposed to be in the building anyway. It is just a solicitation and a scam to switch a person over to another energy company by false claims.
