Illuminations was on a website selling lamps. They also sent emails to sell their lamps. When I sent them a request online for a refund they did not reply. They were not reachable by phone. Received an unusable shell of a lamp. NO way to put a bulb in it and no way to but a battery in it. I paid $58.00 to them by credit card.
