You were probably banned for not following the rules... It says no advertising unless you are approved to advertise.

Admins dont make money running groups. That group is conneted to a shop page , meaning they probably advertise their products in a group they created. They don't make money from readers or members tarot wise ...Im in that group and they are both absolutely amazing.

I would love to leave a good review but I haven't received my order. It's been 4 weeks and the only communication I've received was the order confirmation email. I understand shipping delays and back orders can happen but to not respond to emails and messages through social media is not cool. I will gladly post an edited review if and when I receive my order. If no responses are received I'll have to reverse charges through my bank. Communication is key and there's none here. ?

I placed an order in March. It’s mid May and still no shipping confirmation email. I tried to email them twice with no respond. I messaged on Instagram as well, with no respond. She even deleted my comments off her Instagram. Never received any of the items I ordered and she seems to be ignoring other people’s complaints as well. I spent over $100 CAD, it’s been weeks since I first sent my first email and still no response.

Placed an order months ago and haven’t even received a shipping confirmation. I emailed twice and also sent her messages on Instagram, she didn’t reply to either. I was patient and gave her weeks to reply. She’s also deleting my Instagram comments. SCAM. Do not purchase anything from her because you WILL NOT receive it.

I've ordered from her multiple times. Sage, abalone shell, and sage spray. Got every order. People expecting next day shipping like they're buying from some corporation like Amazon are [censored]s. It's a small business, and from what I gather, they make their products by hand. So it's understandable if the shipping isn't lightning fast. It says right on the site that there may be a delay, as with most small business I've ordered from. If you order from this site, you'll get your product. And in my experiences, the products are great.

i was worried about ordering after i saw this website. I just wanted to confirm that ilmypsychicjane.com is not a scam. I ordered 2 sage box kits and an abalone shell with stand, i got my order 2 weeks later. I wasnt in a rush and i saw a 3 week delay posted.

i looked up the name, getting to the site and each time i've ordered i get my order. Its a little late but she has it posted when items are either on back order or have been delayed. Each of the people in the reviews, most likely ended up getting their orders too and didnt even bother to leave legit feedback. Its pretty lowly to leave a small business a bad review because you're bored or was attacking someone on a personal level so she ignored you... you did the right thing by leaving a review, now do the right thing and say you got the packages that you actually got

I ordered from them on 4/1. I have not received anything. Not even an update. They charged my card and did not deliver. They blocked me on Instagram. I’m furious and I’m reporting them for cyber fraud.

I purchased a sage kit, $62; immediately received email confirmation of purchase in September’19. No responses to emails or messages through Instagram on order status. I’ve made monthly inquiries since that time. Scammers. Grow your own. Also, don’t fall for ‘on back order’ , nothing happening there. I’ve reached out to PayPal and they’re supportive and telling me to continue trying to reach them. I’m done.

Attached below is a screenshot with that information, however, i've crossed out personal information because the privacy of my customers has always been extremely important to me. I'm personally apologizing for any delay we may have had.

Im a small business, i run entire business entirely by myself and with my Husband and my mother. I make everything i sell entirely by hand, from kits to candles to sprays and even blogs and advertising. Occasionally (and when needed) i post items as backorder OR i post items with a shipping notice OR delay!

I just wanted to take a moment to speak up for these reviews and also apologize.

This business advertises themselves on multiple social media platforms, selling Organic Bath and Sage Kits, Tarot and Astrology, Nature inspired Jewerly and more.

I purchases sage kits on their site on July 26th, 2019 and was charged on my account instantly. I received an automated e-mail stating that a tracking number would be given once the order was processed.

No such tracking number was ever sent, after one month I reached out via instagram messaging, e-mail and on their direct website with no response. I then tried to reach out in a comment on one of their posts, only to find that it had been deleted by them.

They intentionally evaded every attempt for contact. I was never reimbursed for the purchase, it is now September 9th and I have still received anything.

This business is a scam and I wish to spread the word to future victims.
