This place will happily take your money for membership, but only allows one month of membership to apply to each order. This means you might have 100$ of store credit in total, but can only use 16$ at a time. There is no way to cancel membership outside of directly messaging their support team, and no indicator of membership besides the money going out of your bank account. It's very scammy.

I paid for a ring, $26.60, for my husband at the end of March 2020. I am still waiting to get the ring and still waiting on my refund. They are the worst company ever! They even started to block my emails! I dealt with "Cristel Loa" and my "tickets" were forwarded. They are crooks! I know it is not a lot of money, but the fact that they do it to so many people! And they literally lied to me several times, stating the storage factory is in China! They are full of crap!

ILUSTORE.com is under new ownership since June 2022. The rings are manufactured a variety of places. Former owner was trying to save money by migrating going to China.

I ordered a ring online on their website approx cost $35

I believe they are coming from China but they act like it’s Hawaii

After Two months they say it shipped but couldn’t deliver and check with usps with tracking number

I checked with usps and the tracking number was incorrect

I have sent several messages but only a dead in reply
