Exc. Guaranteed they puppy was healthy. After receiving a video I asked for to prove they actually had the puppy we sent them $700.00 via western union. They confirmed they received the payment sent us a bill of sale for us to print out sign and send back. They then told us they were going to register the puppy for a flight and delivery to our home and we would soon hear from The transport company. About an hour later we got an email from Happy Paws Transportation. We were informed the puppy was being boarded on a plane and would be delivered about 8 hours later. A while later we received another email stating the crate the puppy was in was rejected and we would need to rent a temperature controlled crate. The rental fee for the smallest crate was $1,260 which was 100% refundable as soon as we removed the puppy from the crate soon delivery. We explained that we could not afford to rent a crate. I contacted IM Pomsky explaining the situation. They offered to pay $500 toward the rental cost of the crate. Then offered to pay $700. We told them we still could not afford the remaining cost of the rental so we would just like to get a refund via Western Union. We never heard from them again.
