We received an invoice for products. This vendor will not return phone calls and verify that the products were received. We do not have this vendor in our accounting system and they refuse to supply a current valid W9. I don't want anyone to receive a fraudulent invoice and end up paying it. It looks like the agent associated with this business, Joel Farkas, which just started in July of 2021 has several other businesses that have been suspended.

Paul was the contact for our Dell C3765dnf Toner dated 10/26/2021 for his first initial call. He spoke with my assistant and told him of a price change on the toners, and my assistant hasn't agreed to order the Toners we use, from him or his company. He then calls again 1/20/2022 to tell us we have a passed due invoice of $2,999.42 and the quantity was 3 Toners. He asked for Accounts Payable for which most of our tribe's do not have. Shipping was at 204.98, Rate for the 3 Toner's were 931.48. This clicked in an gave all the red flags of a possible scammer. Thanks
