The product of course, did not do what it claimed... online video must have featured special effects!
Returned product as per arrival instruction, before deadline.
Charged full price for product on next credit card statement.
Called to inquire, was advised that they had not had time to locate all the returned product in the warehouse, but that now they checked, had received, and would issue refund. I confirmed cancellation of my 'subscription' to the product.
After a month I still had no refund, so called again. This time they said that since I had not called with a postal tracking number before the deadline I had not completed my part of the contract. They refused refund. When I challenged them and suggested I would write a poor review or alert the ScamPulse.com they came back with an offer of a 30% refund. This for a product that they had never shipped. Their final offer was to send the product with free shipping.
I believe I have successfully canceled any future transactions, but am alarmed that they were able to simply refuse a refund when I had fulfilled my part of the contract.

14 day trial period for the product Image Revive and 18 days trial period for the product Face Replen in which the customer has the privilege of using a product for the cost of shipping and handling at this time. Then, after the trial period has expired, the customer is charged for the full price of the monthly supply bottle received during your trial period. Thereafter, automatic shipments are sent out and charged to the customer every month, eliminating the need to remember to reorder their favorite product. A customer is not obligated to continue automatic shipments and can request cancellation at any time.
Before the fourteen day trial period was up on I phoned to tell them I did not want any further shipments. I spoke to a guy there and since I had not yet received the product he said he'd extend the trial period to March 12, 2017.
I phoned the customer service number 855-456-1836 several times on March 11th and there was no response. I also sent three e-mails cancelling any further shipments and when I finally got through on the phone it was too late,
I was informed no e-mails had been received nor was I able to contact them by phone so I would be charged and not receive any further shipments of the product. The initial charges were $164.21 IDLOVEHELP.COM WATFORD GBR GBR and $156.96 XTRAVOLTCUSTOMER.COM DONEGAL IRL IRL (Those are the names on my credit card statement) I received an e-mail stating they would give me a credit of $47.09 and $49.26. In the end I paid $224.83 for four ounces of face cream. Here is a copy of the e-mail they sent me

It took 3 weeks for the product to show up at my door. I tried one of the products, which did not work for my skin condition. I called on April 9 to let them know it did not work for me and I would like to return the product and get my refund as they stated. I was told they would not refund the money.

I reviewed my credit card statement and saw that an amount of $149.93 had been debited against the card on the 2nd March. I immediately phoned my bank and was advised to contact Costco and phone the number I retrieved from a Google search for glowplushelp.com and maxiclearinfo.com (the 2 names who charged my credit card) identical phone numbers leading to Image Revive. I phoned Image Revive who initially refused a refund then offered me 25% and finally 50% off the product. I refused and returned their product unharmed; they have acknowledged the receipt thereof but insist on only refunding 50%.
I closed my credit card account after talking to the bank, reported the matter to the RCMP anti-fraud Centre.
I reject their offer for the following reasons.
1) The product was sold under the Costco Pharmacy logo which led one to believe that came from a reputable company. They broke the law by doing that.
2) The Image Revive website has in its fine print a reference to a 14 day trial period but this is not the website I was led to to sign up for this "free trial" sample, the website only asked for a credit card number to pay for the shipping.
3) I returned the product which they acknowledge they have received in good condition so they have not been harmed in any way, it is outrageous to want payment for nothing.
I reported the scam to the:-

I have just tried to cancel any further charges to my bank account now that I know its them taking money out of my account for a subscription I never received (I have only received my trail sample size when I fell for their scam ad). Now 2 hours after I got the confirmation my dealings with this company has been closed, I get an email from Canada Post informing me an electronic shipping label has just been created. My first email about any sort of shipping detail since they started scamming my bank account 2 months ago.

After a month they made two new credit card charges (161 CAD and 156 CAD) and the charges came actually from some other companies (idealbalanceandbeauty and detoxdplusinfo). The following month yet another charge 161 CAD because they sent a new product we never ordered.
We called the Image Revive company where they claimed that small print had 14 days trial only mentioned, and they also claimed that they sent a confirmation email which they never did. They promised only to refund 50% of the latest delivery (which was sent since we were members now) but nothing they could refund for the earlier payments because it was over 30 days and that was their "policy". So, the "membership" was cancelled.
Called the credit card company, cancelled the credit card and disputed all those payments.
Looks like over 10 scam reports within 2 months for the same company.
