Someone from the Image Supply Department will call and pretend to be your regular toner company. Then they will say the price of your toner has gone up but the person's "manager" has decided to freeze the old price for six more shipments. They will then try to get you to pay by sending you a fax and having you send it back. If you do they will send you an empty box. Not only are they trying to scam your company, they are also extremely rude and will keep calling until you yell at them.
