I ordered an outfit and shoes for my daughters birthday. I ordered it on 2/21/2022. I reached out to them thinking I had ordered these items on 2/12 so when I contacted them by email, I asked where the items were and told them it had been a month since I ordered and that I needed these items for a birthday party on 3/19. When I ordered these items, in my shop app, it had shown that they had shipped but there was no tracking information which is why I reached out to them. I was emailed back stating that I was ******** pathetic" and ******. In other responses from them I was called ******* and then told they were not going to complete my order. When I asked for a refund, I was told no. Then when I asked about them cancelling my order and not refunding my money they told me that I was playing games and to come get my refund. When I asked for their address, the asked which address I would like to meet at and listed my two prior addresses. I have since found several complaints with he same responses and customers being cursed at on numerous occasions. I have never in my life see anyone treat people like this. I never once in my correspondence cursed at them. I just don't want anyone else to have to experience this. I don't think they have ever delivered any products to their customers. I am attaching my correspondence with them.

I found this site on google I ordered some decorations for my baby’s party. I ordered this around feb 19th. I contacted her feb 28th because I had received no communication regards to my number no tracking id or anything to follow up on my order. I emailed the seller to see what was the hold up would and to also figure out a resolution of just getting a refund. The seller because very disrespectful as the screenshot shows below. That is not even the half of what she said to me she went as far as googling my address and sending a picture of my apartment complex to me through email calling me “poor [censored]ing trash” I would really like for something to be done about this I have lost out on money I could have said for something else. She refused to give me back my money and this has to be stopped I’m not the only person she has done this too but I feel like I’m the only one that she has sent pictures to showing my residence of where me and my child stay and therefore I am afraid of our safety.

Do not give this business any of your money. She will get mad and curse you out if you ask about shipping and cancel your order and call you a scammer. The most unprofessional business owner I have ever met!

I ordered a custom tee shirt. Had limited email correspondence with the vendor. I never received my order, but they did refund my money to my credit card. They will not respond to my emails asking why my order was never received. The only form of contact is email and a phone number that is text only. There are no social media accounts for this business. Now I’m having to monitor my credit card. My concern is they have my personal information and I feel they are not a legitimate business.
