IMEINow checked phone to ensure it was not stolen/lost, was paid for, and qualified for carrier unlock. Once confirmed, IMEINow required payment of $30 for the service. Once the unlock was 'complete', IMEINow required an additional $30 payment [hidden fee] to finalize the process. The company then sent an e-mail with a GSX file showing the phone was no longer locked to the carrier; however, the phone was and is still locked to the carrier. There are no phone numbers provided on the website, so I've e-mailed several times requesting further assistance or refund but have not received a response.
