I saw an ad on Facebook for Bogg Bags. I ordered one on March 14th 2022. I received confirmation that day. A while later I went to my confirmation email to look at tracking and it said the website was unavailable to track. I emailed the vendor with no response. The payment was made through PayPal which I reported. When I went to the company’s website(which took some digging from the email) and they are now selling a completely different style bag with no history of the bag I ordered. They include a “our story” but their website is very obviously made by “make your own website” program.

I unfortunately did the exact same thing. I reported it to Paypal and am still waiting for a resolution a month later. Did you ever receive one?
