I received a text from a recruiter from job searches on CareerBuilder.com and after I responded my interest in a WFH Data Entry Clerk, set up an account on SKYPE, soon after, the recruiter, connected me with hiring manager whom proceeded w interview and an Employment Offer Letter with no telephone contact and the end-result being me receiving an email with a PDF attachment for Front and a different one for Back of a $3,998 check made out to me for purchase of office equipment and software to begin employment. Instructions asked for me to deposit via my mobile phone app and send a screenshot of me having deposited the check. I refused the job offer and never printed the check or anything else with this contact. I have names and emails from the recruiter and hiring manager.
