The website looks legitimate and collects the same information as the government resource. It requires payment at the end of the process. There is no receipt, and the amount charged is different than what is shown on the website. The confirmation emails look authentic.

I thought the website was an official Sentri card renewal site. The format used the official inquiry form and I answered all the questions and paid an upfront fee thinking the balance would be due upon acceptance. I have disputed the charge, reported the card stolen, put alerts on three credit bureaus and requested alerts from them.
