Purchased a Imobility medical scooter from an ad on Facebook with credit card.After 14 days and several emails,scooter never arrived.They kept telling us it would be there on a certain day and they were overwhelmed wit orders.

Now we are unable to reach them by email .No reply

This site. iMobilityofficial.com, appeared to be legit with a full website and Facebook page featuring folding scooters for $600 sold to numerous individuals. After the purchase, an email was received confirming the purchase. A second email was received stating the scooter had been shipped and a tracking number was provided. The tracking number showed when the scooter would be delivered. 10 days later, when looking up the tracking number to confirm the scooter was still on track to be delivered as expected, the tracking number is no longer valid. The website and Facebook page no longer exist. No response from emails sent to [email protected]. And of course, no scooter delivered!

Paid for a foldup scooter and was guaranteed date of Nov 11. Never arrived and now no sign of the company. I have lost alot of money because of individuals/companies like this. There has got to be a way to catch these people.

Consumer interacted with ad on Facebook regarding a scooter for $514.00. Consumer provided payment information and was given an arrival date for the product, but the product never arrived. Consumer reached out via email at [email protected] and was told the order was delayed, but was given a new date for arrival. The product still did not arrive. Consumer reached back out to business via email and the process repeated with a new date given and the product never arrived. Consumer now believes that this may be a scam.
