Melt Fat Fast

I purchased one bottle of gummies and 9 bottles came I didn’t order and they charge me $259. I sent the bottles back (I have a USPS Tracking number to prove it was delivered to mailroom) I called my credit card company and disputed charge but they put it right back bc they had all my information confirmed. When I located the 855 number thru Better B Bureau, The impact Brand company said I would need a RMA number to return. I told them there is no information on the website for returns how would I know that I had to search web to find them. I called the right place, they had my order, the return wasn’t logged in, no refund for bottles I sent back! Feel stupid, for not making sure I had enough information to buy one bottle and learn how to return 9 additional bottles? should have Company information before I charged it to my credit card. I did cancel old credit card, just in case more fraudulent charges in the future appears I’m not aware of. To be clear tho, shouldnt a tracking number from USPS suffice? It’s proof!

Ordered the weight loss gummies thru Facebook and was supposed to be charged less than $60, but my credit card was charged $199.88. Thankfully my card company stopped it when they sent me info to confirm. CAN'T BE TRUSTED!
