I responded to offer on Facebook offering "buy 2 bottles for $59.99, , get 3 free." Was charged $199.98. I realized the discrepancy immediately after seeing the charge and called the company within a few minutes, having been advised to do so by paypal. . Company said it was too late to cancel...order had already gone through. I had a big argument with the rep and told him it was a scam and demanded a cancellation and refund. He offered to reduce the charge by 50% and I declined, insisting I don't want the product, just a full refund. He seemed to agree finally and when I asked for a confirmation number he gave me one, which I later realized was the order number! This is a total scam, as evidenced by the multiple similar complaints recorded on the bbb website within the last few weeks.
