They call people saying that they are account managers or something of that sort with merchant services and that there’s been a rate increase on peoples merchant account and then they get them to give them the information to log into peoples accounts and then they basically try to get them to save them of fraud merchant service after they pretend to be a corporate wholesale office they provide rates so all the other processing companies out there
