They have reached out to me via email with a promise to add me in their MSN publication. I have signed a service agreement with them last July 2024 and said that the publication will be active by October. They kept on giving me false promises and not refund my money. They do not have a customer phone support. All communications are done in email which leads me to believe it is a SCAM. Below is the time frame and the refund policy that I have signed. I have provided my part WAY in advance, but still they have not delivered.

TIMEFRAME

8. The timeframe for the project will be 3 months, published by October 2024.

REFUND POLICY

9. In case the Contractor is unable to secure any agreed media opportunity, the client will be entitled to get a

refund.

10. The refund policy is only valid if there is no delay from the client's end in terms of communication, or submitting

any required action items (PR questionnaire, approval of article drafts, etc).

11. Once the agreement has commenced, the client cannot terminate the project midway. Because of the nature of

the services being delivered, all press spots are reserved and booked in advance, and it's not possible to terminate

after the project has commenced.
