Wanted to purchase a thermostat to fit an Imperial stove. Found one at the imperialparts.com website and ordered it on May 8, 2023. Paid for it with debit card, losing $350. Have never received part. Asked for a refund around May 20 because they said they were not able to get the part. Have called numerous times and only get a runaround from them. I've also emailed [email protected]. They even acted like they sent the refund through but we didn’t receive it. The last time we contacted them on June 2, they said the refund should have gone through on the 1st and they had done all they could. This is a scam based in the USA.
