I was called by David Washington. He said he was the CEO of the Washington BBB and said that I had won $5.5 Million. He said I had to get a moneygram card for $400 to get the winnings. John Clark and Robert Thomas would deliver the money later today. I have been scammed before, losing $1800 and now get calls all the time.
