Same people who tried to scammed me!

So, I was looking for a temp job and then Andy Mallon, from Nvidia HR Specialist who bears the email: [email protected] , conducted the chat interview with me thru Zoom. According to him, the interview went excellent and they were impressed with my answers. So long story short, I passed the interview and the next day they sent a check to me for $3,450. The check was rushed to me and I deposited it to my Partner's checking account. Then the next day, Andy zoom messaged me and ask if the check has cleared. I lied to him. I was suspicious of the whole thing from day one. So he asked for a deposit confirmation and a receipt. Also worth mentioning is the name Steve Jonas who is the person who seemed to have wrote the check. His email is [email protected]. Since I was already suspicious of this whole thing, I have screen recorded the process and eventually I called NVIDIA HR department and reported this whole scam. They said that these people have been reported for claiming such and such and that sadly these people are never going to hire you. Also worth noting is that Andy M. asked that I send $1000 to their vendor who who was supposedly going to send me a Macbook pro pre-installed with all the softwares necessary to perform my job as a Data Entry Specialist. Then I told him, dude ! Why would you have a vendor whom you can't tell me details about the store location or let alone a phone number install your softwares for you guys ? I mean you are NVIDIA Technology . They were supposed to have their own IT installing these softwares and that computers should be sent to me from their very own IT department.

Everything about these people is very suspicious. For one thing , they don't use the company email extensions like other big companies would do like when I use to work for Disney , I would have [email protected] or when I worked at Netflix , it would be [email protected] .

These is the very first thing that stood out to me ! So look out for these tell tales that the person you are dealing with are scammers. As far as the check I deposited for $3,450 , I've called my bank and told them about my suspicion on it's authenticity.

I was offered a job on 8/08 text stated CONGRATULATIONS. This message is from Aware Healthcare. Thank you for submitting an online application for the position of a DATA ENTRY CLERK. We have looked over your application and you made it to the next step. I need you to download the app (TELEGRAM APP) from your app store i.e for smart phone and for PC you can download one from the telegram webpage (https://telegram.org/). You are to set up an account with your Contact number/Name and Add up the Hiring Manager Mrs Clinnette Slight her Telegram Link is.(https://t.me/Clinnette_awarehealthcare). Your job ID is (AHT18-UP). She will be expecting to hear from you soon. Best of Luck.

sent a check on 8/16. deposit 8/17. bounced back as fraud on 8/20. i zelled 2,000 a person by the name shawn campbell to email [email protected] on 8/17

zelled another $300 to kyle martin email: [email protected] and the last $100 to michelle gilmore email: [email protected] all on 8/17
