The actual bank would never redial my number multiple times in a row without even leaving a voicemail. After looking up the number that aggressively redialed my phone over and over (at least 5x), and finding the previous report on here that scammers spoof Santander's actual customer service number to make you THINK it's coming from the bank, I'm positive that's what happened. This is disturbing since I recently made online purchases.
