Called and spoke to my husband and said someone trying to get a credit card in his name, did we send in this form, No, but the kept switching people like they were going up the chain of command. Then asked him if this social security number was his, which we said no, but it was and they had his date of birth. Final he asked what company they were and they replied BBB, then we were like no way, we need to hang up and call you back, what’s your number, they hung up the, that was 3/20/2024. And then the called him back today. He hung up on them, they tried 3 times.
