On Saturday aprox 5:08 my account was hacked into. The person stole about 11,650 from me and decided to charge it all at a Kroger. I live in MD were no Krogers are available. The person got access to my entire account and wiped it clean. The person charge over 200 transactions at this place. My bank never notified me. I have also filed a police report. This person faked a text pretending to be CHIME bank and sent me a text to verify a purchase over $500. I immediately pressed No and that was their entrance to take over the account. This incident took place from Saturday night to Sunday. I cannot survive without my money. These people are really damaging lives. I'm so disappointed my bank didn't catch this. Why would they see over 200 transactions at one place and not do anything about. Not one call or email to notify me of this suspicions activity. They transferred over 11K from my account and sent there selves 400 several times and spent the rest at Kroger over 200 plus times. PLEASE HELPPPPPPP

My husband's debit card had an unauthorized ATM withdrawal for $805 in Brooklyn, NY. My husband was not in and has not been to Brooklyn, NY. So we filed a claim with Chime Bank who never got back to us regarding the claim. Ten business days later my husband calls the bank and is told that the claim was denied and he has to wait ANOTHER 10 business days to find out why the claim was denied in order to file an appeal which will take another 10 business days.
