Website appears legit. Product was advertised as Clark's shoes. Was advised they would ship in 2-5 business days and once shipped an email notification would be sent. Emailed company (other way to communicate with them) and they provided a link and a tracking # that could not be found. Asked for my money back. One week later they sent me another email with a tracking number which went to an offshore shipping location where again the tracking number was not found. One week after this, the tracking # appeared and my package was in China. Another week passed and the package had made it to the U.S. Los Angeles and sat in customs for another week. It was then shipped across the U.S. a week later and arrived in a soft brown envelope where "Pitney Bowes" was identified on the outside. I had no idea the shoes were in there as it was a small package. Opened it up, wrapped in plastic, and the shoes were paper thin and cheap. Could have purchased at a Dollar store here in the U.S. for $2.

Emailed the company with my order number, and asked for a refund, along with the shipping address to return to. They emailed me back 2 hours later asking me to send a photo of the shoes and they would promptly give further instructions.. I immediately replied with a photo and have not heard back from them all day.
