On March 30, I bought 13 pieces of clothing online, and in mid-April I received an email that my package had been lost, and that they would send a new one, I paid through insurance, after several weeks, on May 5, I sent a mail because nothing had arrived, they responded to me, and told me that it was already on its way, on May 20 the order appeared delivered but they never delivered it, I sent them an email and they did not respond again
