That took me to this url showing the CoinBase log in screen. https://www.coinbasecom.authy.online/signin-login/
The web page said that my account was restricted because of a security concern. I was asked to call support at 888-216-4650. I called the number. The person said his name was Jeams. He said someone from LA was trying to access my account and that they locked the account. He then asked me to click on a support icon on the screen. After me entering my account email, he stated that the account had to be re-certified. Bottom line is that I was asked to log into my account. This provided him with my password. The account uses MFA. My telephone received a text message saying this was my authentication code. (I should have called from a LAN line but called from my cell). The web site was asking for the code. I entered that! (Yes, this was stupid on my part!). Then I got an email on my computer from CoinBase Pro saying that I was allowing access from my computer. I accepted that as Jeams was "guiding" me thru the process. Then as the last step of “re-certifying” my account, I was to use the computer camera and take a picture of my driver’s license. (Another red flag that I missed!). I did this. Shortly after doing this I got an email from CoinBase Pro saying thank you for the order to sell 1.2 bit coins worth about $52,000. I opened the door for them to log into my account and I provided the MFA response that they used to log into my account and sell my funds to them. The email confirming the sale showed: You just sent 1.18 BTC to bc1q6r75q95q7dyxzcc59vv8lu8sltseasmvh4cdll
