Purchase 4 Terrain Contact H/T tires before Aug 31 and submit receipt and form before Sept 30, 2024 to get $110 rebate. The online website would not submit the completed form despite numerous attempts since Aug 20, 2024. The live chat was offensive stating "I'M not looking for romance just answer specific questions". Again I just attempted a live chat which stated "I'm looking for a human Hold Tight". Then proceeded to log out.

The form was mailed out with the required documentation (receipt and form) but the envelope was returned " RETURN TO SENDER CONTINENTAL TIRE BOX CLOSED UNABLE TO FORWARD RETURN TO SENDER".
