I was on my computer finishing a transaction when I was hit by a trojan horse virus. The computer prompted me to call Core Network Fix @ 866-247-1693 which I did and connected on extension 149633 with a David (employee # M0008). David showed me sensitive information such as my social security number, some passwords and other sensitive information. David then advised he could fix the virus and sensitive info loss if I paid him $799.99 for an IT savvy person or $999.99 for a novice like me. It was then that I initiated a CTRL ALT DELETE on my computer.
