Received an email claiming to be from my own name with the email address of [email protected] stating that the order # 566465 that I placed today has been successfully processed. There is an attachment at the bottom which I did not click on that is supposed to be an invoice for this purchase that I did not make. I also reported it to gmail since they are using their email platform to send out these fake emails.

I received an email from, I suppose, PayPal. It was an invoice for crypto currency for $484.96.. I never use PayPal and am not a fan of crypto currency.

I have been receiving emails that look like they are coming from the Better Business Bureau but are not. The email address they originate from is [email protected]. I have attached a pdf of one of the emails. (see Below)
