I ordered from hydroflsak.com not realizing until after the fact that the website was a mispelling of the actual product. This counterfeit website is very deceptively designed to look like the original product website. When the product arrived I was hopeful it would still be good quality but it is not. The lids are a super cheap plastic and the rubber rings to stop leaks from the inside fall right out. The bottles are pretty but not double walled, and the temperature starts to seep through the bottle walls immediately. I contacted for a refund and I am still in that process. Based on what I have seen online from others, at best I will get a partial refund.

No address anywhere on the website and the "about us" section is broken English.
