Nick acted surprised that after filling out all the required information that his company website then had a message pop up saying "SORRY the account could not be open contact customer service" Nick said he had to reach out to someone to find out what the issue was and call me back. I set an exact call back meeting date for the following day 10 AM west coast time. Nick never called me back.
I called back at 1 617 728-7333 and got Matt who kept me on the phone for 20 minutes while he kept pretending to get Nick or find Nick, so he could get a time when he would call me back later stating he could not give me a time when Nick would call me back. When I asked Matt how do I write a review to rate my experience. I see on your web site you have 5 star rating with 62,000 reviews. Matt told me I was not able to add a review that was not an option they had on the site. The reviews I said must be fake if I can not enter a review. I requested to speak to Nick's supervisor. Matt said their is no public facing higher management that you can speak too. Mariah got on the phone stating she was a supervisor like Nick. Then she said Nick was on the phone with someone else. This was lye. I never got a call back after releasing my private information from Nick, Mariah stated she would email a form to fill out to able to rate their service. She never did email me this form. Since my person information was released to the company that I spend two days and now several hours speaking to not professional customer service representatives I had to spend more time FREEZING MY ACCOUNT so I did not become a victim of fraud.
