Followed a link on Instagram from (fake) company Love In Faith.. (previously bought items from (REAL) Love In Faith company, therefore, didn't know site was fake). Bought 9 items from fake site. Paid with Credit Card. Order placed March 2. Shortly after, when confirmation came in from "RAUCADE", knowing that wasn't name of real company, began to realize sale was fake. Company is foreign - CHINA. Began to track items. Each day I tracked items, the "tracking" showed a new update of where item was. A month later, April 6, tracking shows item delivered. Item was never received (or delivered). Emailed company at [email protected] to complain package not received. Company sends back email stating tracking shows delivered and to check with neighbors. (*I was home all day on the supposed day of delivery - there was no package delivered.) At this point, I closed credit card account . I am not concerned about getting money lost back... want site shut down for fraudulent sales and activity.
