Same Story but I could tell it was a scam as their social links didn't work

2 - You can tell the price is too low and the verbiage is too vague! But I thought I'd email anyway. This is what I wrote:
"Hi Darcy, listed this in the craigslist section for sublets . Sound like you are renting out several units? And there are no photos?
"Could you please give more information.
"Thank you."
3- This was their email answer.
4- I sent them this page as a response!
5- Someone should fill in the form - that works for fraud reversed.
Urghhh!

Type of a scam Rental
A lease was signed, it looked correct. It did not seem strange in this very tight market to deal with out of state owners or managers - the property manager was well trained and just like a real deal. I even got a receipt for the $1k deposit and $1,600 rent I sent via Zelle as described in the lease.
A few days prior to move in date, the property manager texted me from the number shown on their website Noblehomeproperties.com and mentioned a rebate if I paid more months in advance, plus mentioned the landlord's kid was sick and he needed funds for medicine. I knew I had been scammed at this point.
Zelle is very hard to reach their fraud department, but easy to say they have no liability and to contact my bank. The bank accepted a report but referred me to Zelle. Upon zelle references back to the bank, I updated some info and they said they have 2 weeks to address.
I reported to the FTC and FBI.
The website is still up and active, I see who it is registered to. A lot of work went into this organized operation.
Hopefully someone can track them down and stop this. They probably make a killing... I'm homeless and just barely saved enough for the rent - now I'm at risk of losing my new job as it's too difficult to work from the street.
It's likely the landlord they listed has also been scammed or is part of another different scam. They replied to my email request for returning my funds - seemed foreign, and mentioned so.ething about also having been waiting for money they sent...
There has to be someone that will track them down pr fool them into revealing their idenity/location... seems this has been happening for years. The phone number comes up as a scam from previous cycles, 661-241-3634... which is a VOiP mask of some sort.
