Old navy flash sale ad on my instagram, clicked on it the website looked like old navy, searched for Christmas pjs for my family. Ordered everything shipping said 10-15 days and it was shipping from china, the tracking info and website they gave never worked, the customer service email address would respond quickly but never had the company name in the emails and when I asked for a refund they offered 1/2 of what I paid. They keep saying that they have successfully refunded my money and it will take 25 days to get back to my original payment method.

I did not receive my product that I ordered and they portrayed themselves as QVC.
