I received the following email from what I thought was ATT services concerning this: "deletion request received from my "HP-Pavilion DV6" on 24 February 2020 at 0:09:55 GMT. Sign In was from GHANA, ALRICA (IP = 41.190.90.145) Your sudden request to delete this account made us think this was not you. You can call our support helpline 1-833-430-6107 to restore your account access. If this was me, I was to disregard the email if not, I was to call their 833 phone number." The reference number they used for this apparent request was Reference Number S2502206034. When I called the phone number, they said someone from Ghana, Africa tried to charge a $4,865 TV on Amazon using my account. They then wanted me to cancel all my "charge accounts/financial accounts". That is when I hung up and called various agencies/businesses for help.
