I was called by someone saying they were with the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee. They told me that I had an account with them and that I had a large sum of money available to spend within the account.  I have no recollection of ever making a deposit into an account like this. The person calling me had a heavy accent so I was unable to get clarification.
