I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and followed up 1 week after to request shipping and tracking information. I received the following response: "Dear Customer, Thank you for getting in touch regarding your order. There are too many products, the manufacturer has been rushing to make them, which will still need to wait a few days to send , after sending can quickly arrive. And I have arranged for your order to be packed and sent out by the warehouse on a priority basis. Thank you very much for your patience during this time. Ada". I followed up with an email: "Ada, I am reaching out with concerns regarding my recent experience with your company. I am unclear as to why products are advertised if they are not already available. Additionally, I would like clarification on the location of the manufacturer and your company’s headquarters.

It is reasonable to expect a more specific timeframe for shipment, similar to what other reputable companies provide, yet I have only received vague responses. I also request the full names and titles of those responding to inquiries to understand their roles within the company. Furthermore, I would appreciate the company’s full address and a contact phone number so I can speak directly with a representative. At this point, I am dissatisfied with the service provided. Assuring me that my order is a priority when the items are not yet manufactured is not acceptable business practice. I am requesting a prompt and comprehensive response to address these concerns. Thank you." Their follow-up response was: "Hi We currently do not have telepsuitsacehone customer service, so if you have any questions you can contact our online customer service. If you encounter r any problems when ordering, please feel free to contact our online customer service or send an e-mail to our store Mailbox , we will reply to you within 24h and help you solve the problem. We hope you enjoy shopping in our store! Ada". Following this, I requested a full refund and informed them that their vague responses, lack of transparency, and poor customer service align with the concerning information I discovered during my research on the company. On the charge in my PayPal account, the name paid to is "BERICH", not the name of the company. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else and the people running this company get charged for ripping people of their hard-earned money.
