They are sending multiple texts stating I have an outstanding balance and keep changing the amount that needs to be paid. It is said to be from a Spectrum account. They are providing links for a website and a different link to text.

calling to inform me that a 40% discount from Spectrum was being removed and I should call back the number (which I did not).
