I saw an ad for Step2 kids play sets. I didn't realize in time that it was not the real Step2 brand. I ordered a back yard playset for $70. They billed me, and sent a pair of cheap knock off sunglasses. They do this to "prove" shipping, tracking and delivery; even though it is a wrong item! The business address is France, but the tracking is from China. They keep responding to my email saying that my local post office is at fault for "losing" my package because they assure me it was delivered. I told them my local mail carrier does not deliver parcels that large or that heavy. The last email they sent was final and my attempts to reply are blocked as un-deliverable.
