Elaborate Scam

I applied for several jobs on Indeed.com- so it seemed super legit when I got an email from a shipping company, saying "Thank you for sending your resume in response to our advertisement." The website address looked legit, (storepost.us/form/) and the email asked me to go to the company website above, for me to complete an Application Form online.
I did so, and filled out my info (they didn't ask for my social, just name, address, etc.).
THE SAME DAY, I received another email, from a DIFFERENT person- saying I got the job, and that they attached an official job offer (signed, stamped, and all), an FAQ page about the position, and a payment form. One of the biggest things that tipped me is that they don't offer Direct Deposit, or a Debit Card that they load your pay onto. Also, you only get paid once per month, apparently...? I started sniffing around before I signed or filled anything else out, and couldn't find the company on the BBB website or Glassdoor, and when I searched for the address (based out of Portland, Oregon), there was NOTHING attached to the company name- just other well-known companies. I've been able to easily pick out job scams before, but this one ALMOST had me... And now they DO have a lot of other personal info.
