When I contacted the vendor to cancel my order, this is what I got: "Thank you for your patience. After checking, we found that your parcel has been shipped. The tracking number is FEIZF1702001133YQ under the carrier FEIA and it usually takes 30-40 working days to arrive after shipment. Attached is a picture of the shipping details. Here is the tracking link you can get your order status:https://t.17track.net/

There was no picture attached. To date, I have not received my merchandise nor a reasonable explanation as to why, neither have I been provided with a means by which to track said merchandise.
