Yesterday, June 28th, 2019 I received an email notifying me that I have won a substantial amount of money from a Visa Lottery.
What is a poor disabled person like myself suppose to do?
Naturally they wanted your basic information, name, address, phone, etc..
Naturally, I am always skeptical and didn't submit anything yet although they give you 15 days to respond!
I think you, the ScamPulse.com should make constant Public Service Announcements regarding these issues.
Should I respond? Yes or No?
