That was not a scam. Our PayPal account was hacked. We now need your help.
The payment you paid for the order #XXX did not make to our account. [email protected].
Someone hacked out account and replaced it with theirs: [email protected].
You can also check your payment information. The website listed under the sender is not our website https://www.ecotric.com/
It is some other website selling chemicals which we are not selling those things. https://www.factorydirectchemicals.com/
Please file a case claim with PayPal for this order with the reason "Product Issue". If you win the case, PayPal will refund you.
And we hope you could forward us the payment, not full, only 70%. You can keep 30% of that for helping us this this case.

Message : I received an email today from ecotric asking me to refund the 1k because you were hacked and then saying i would only have to pay $700 for the bike i received. Then send money to a gmail account. They are using your logo. You are being scammed
