We were told we could pay via prepaid Visa card at CVS, one for the amount of $500 and another for the amount of $495. They told us the closest CVS that we should go to is located at 7552 E. Indian School Road in Arizona.
When you call the numbers back you reach a woman named Stacy. She answers both numbers regardless of the fact that one number should be for APS and the other should be for SRP.
