My boyfriend and I were in search of engagement rings and stumbled upon a kay ad that stated it was having a massive sale at 90% off of Neil Lane rings. When clicking the link the website looked like Kay's so I didn't even realize anything was up. We ordered a couple of rings at 200$ total. It took 20 days to arrive and when I got them, the rings one: didn't have the neil lane engraving, two: 3 out of 5 of the rings looked like costume jewelry and probably is. three: 4 of the rings weren't even the right order. When I contacted the site for a resolution they asked me to send them pictures of the incorrect items, which I did. When they responded they told me that although the order was incorrect, the rings were still nice and that I should keep them, regift them, or sell them, and that for my trouble they'll offer me a 20% discount to reorder the rings I should have gotten, but no refund.
